Eighteen states have yet to hit a Mega Millions jackpot: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
Tickets for both games start at $2. Powerball drawings take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 pm ET. The Mega Millions at 11 pm ET on Tuesdays and Fridays.
