New Zealand lost the first Test to Bangladesh by an innings and 117 runs in the second Test. New Zealand, who scored 521 for six in the first innings, were bowled out for just 126. Bangladesh were bowled out but were bowled out for 278 in the second innings. Kiwis won by an innings and 117 runs. Tom Latham, who scored a double century, was the man of the match.
