The coldest weather of the season in central Tokyo

Today, the 24th (Sunday), the maximum temperature was higher in many places compared to yesterday, the 23rd (Saturday), but it was winter-like cold in many places.

Temperatures reached midwinter levels, mainly in Hokkaido and Kanto. The highest temperature in Sapporo City by 3:00 pm was -1.2℃, marking the first week in a row of midwinter days.
