Last Friday, the bandeño entrepreneur Julius Herrera he entered the operating room for the third time in a new stage of the search to recover the mobility of his left arm; who was immobile after a motorcycle accident in 2016. Julio does not give up, but this time things got complicated.

Along with his faithful companion Melina and her little son, Herrera traveled on Thursday for the operation that Dr. Claudio Brahím scheduled for the early hours of Friday, and that is what happened. The surgery went as expected, but a pressure spike complicated his health and he had to be transferred to intensive care.

Julio was finally discharged on Saturday afternoon, after spending a day under intensive care, with assisted breathing, for having suffered a pressure peak of 240. The scare was tremendous, and the bandeño shared what happened on his social networks:

“Unfortunately the stress played tricks on me, the doctors had to run more than necessary and managed to stabilize me, it was terrible, it was quite hard, but here we are”, recounts in the video in which he thanked all the people who cared for him and his family long before the surgery, when they were still raising the funds to solve it.

This was the third surgery in the quest to repair the brachial plexuswhich is a group of nerves that run from the lower neck through the upper shoulder area, providing movement and sensation to the shoulder, arm, forearm, and hand.
