Law No. 31480, signed by President Pedro Castillo, was published in the Official Gazette El Peruano with the following message:
“Authorize, for the only time and until December 31, 2023, the workers included within the scope of the Single Ordered Text of Legislative Decree 650, Law on Compensation for Time of Service, approved by Supreme Decree 001-97-TR , to freely dispose of one hundred percent (100%) of the deposits for compensation for time of services performed in the financial entities and that they have accumulated at the date of disposal.”
