Without insurance – Donaukurier

Schweitenkirchen – A 35-year-old was driving on the A9 without insurance. On Monday evening, a patrol from the Ingolstadt traffic police stopped him. It turned out that the vehicle no longer had the legally required liability insurance as of this month. The trip was over for the 35-year-old from North Rhine-Westphalia. Both the driver and the owner who had given him the vehicle must answer for an offence under the Compulsory Insurance Act.
