Without support from the authorities, they spend two years looking for Virginia

This Monday marks two years since the disappearance of Virginia Muñoz González, a policewoman from Guadalajara who on April 3, 2021 was deprived of her liberty by armed men who entered her home in Oblatos, threw her minor children away and they took her away.
Mrs. Yolanda González, Virginia’s mother, accuses that for two years they have had to move alone because they have not received a response from the authorities.
“All of Tlajomulco, all those colonies have been looking for it. Just the day before yesterday and yesterday a search for her and for all the disappeared, those we found and found nothing. And we asked them for I don’t know help, how we go from morning and we go out until night for water or sueritos and they said there was no budget. The only thing they might help us was with some serums but from then on nothing more than because there is no budget”.
Relatives and friends of Virginia Muñoz walked to Casa Jalisco this followingnoon to demand more support in her search.
There the mother of the missing woman vanished as a result of the days under the sun looking for her daughter. (By Jose Luis Escamilla)
