Al-Marsad Newspaper: Human development specialist and content creator Fahid Al-Ashjai revealed 4 body language postures that indicate confidence.

And he said during a video clip he posted on his account on the Tik Tok application: “Distribute your weight evenly on the feet, spread your chest like a hawk, keep your head erect and not bend down, relax your shoulders, lower your tone of voice and speak slowly.”

He pointed out that using at least two of these poses will make a person feel instantly confident.
