Drivers who drive drunk may have their gun license revoked. A woman had received two penalties: once because she was under the influence of alcohol and once because she refused an alcohol test. For the weapons authority, the two offenses were reason enough to revoke her gun license. The Administrative Court (VwGH) has now confirmed this decision in the last instance (VwGH December 19, 2022, Ra 2022/03/0219).
