The Seventh Court of Criminal Sentencing sentenced, this March 1, Elsa Marina Godínez Bolaños to 22 years of incommutable prison for the crime of plagiarism or kidnapping.
The aforementioned Court found Godínez guilty of kidnapping a 1-year-old baby in 2021.
The sentence was last February 28 and this March 1 the dignified reparation hearing was held.
The sentence indicates that the woman must serve her prison sentence at the Santa Teresa Preventive Center for Women.
In addition, as dignified reparation, he must pay Q3 thousand to the victim’s mother for moral or non-material damage.
The kidnapping occurred on June 30, 2021, in La Reformita, zone 12 of the capital.
