The artist, Reda Hamed, spoke about his previous statements about “leader” Adel Imam, in which he referred to an embarrassing situation he was exposed to, when he asked to participate in films starring the great star.
Reda confirmed that he did not regret what he said because it had already happened, adding in his interview with the media, Raghda Shalhoub, on the “Nass Al-Kalam” program shown on “Al-Nahar” channel: “If I say words that are not true, I will remain a monster, and if I say real words, I will regret why, especially And I did not hurt Professor Adel at all, and I did not say about him except that he is a symbol of lofty art, and his journey is great, and he is almost a pyramid that does not occur in art. He indicated that he improvised in the play that was bringing him together with the leader, but when he was standing in front of the artist Saeed Abdel-Ghani, and at that time he was just in his room, he said, “I improvised and did very many things. He used to come to see what the story was, and of course this worried him, and this is what I heard from all the people around us, and they never said anything, but one day he grabbed me by the shoulders and said, Wadi, Reda, you are a very strong actor. My love for Professor Adel Imam.
And Reda recounted, “Before my work with Professor Adel, I was doing play rehearsals for my heroine, and I was the one who brought the heroine. They told me, Professor Adel, I want you. 8 films that I didn’t get in them, and I asked him, I told him I wanted to work, he told me, no, salvation, work far from me, I presented you, Reda, and work far from me.
Reda Hamed participated in the play “Body Guard” starring “The Leader” Adel Imam, and also appeared with him in the movie “Prince of Darkness”.
