World Formula One in School; Abu Dhabi Bhavans students prepare to fly to the UK

Abu Dhabi: Students from Bhavans Private International English School in Abu Dhabi are representing the UAE at the World Formula One in School International Competition in the UK. Bhavans’ team was selected as the champion in the professional category at the national level competition for making and operating a miniature model of a Formula One car to compete in the Istiofix International.

The competition, which will be attended by 10,000 students from 50 countries, will take place on July 9–15 at the Silverstone Wing. Bhavans Class XII students Aditya Satyanath, Amod Jayakrishnan Verma, Kunal Tiwari, Trun Vishal and Akash Dudhe developed the F1 car model at a speed of 20 meters per second. The aim is to create awareness among students regarding STEM and Formula One.
