“I took over the sausage stand from my father, who bought it 30 years ago. I’ve been running it myself for 17 years. I worked in the hospitality industry before that, as a seasonal worker. I worked half the year, and am I traveled around. Then I was faced with the choice of whether to take over the stand or not. ‘Mah well. Can I do it every day?’ I thought to myself. I was in Thailand with my girlfriend at the time. The stands there inspired me to start my own business with good food. Before it was a bit of a beer drinking place, it wasn’t really regarding the sausages. I then changed everything and put the focus on food.
