– WWE Monday Night RAW begins with the commentators welcoming us and presenting the program for the evening.
– The music of Cody Rhodes begins and he arrives in the ring to a huge ovation from the crowd as he is in his hometown tonight.
Cody says tonight we don’t really need to talk because there’s a big shadow over the room tonight. A large shadow that covers each of the rooms. He talks about Brock Lesnar. We don’t need to talk, Lesnar should come to the ring and accept his challenge for SummerSlam. Cody asks Lesnar to come. No one is coming. Cody says Lesnar is supposedly here, he hasn’t seen him, but will Lesnar be late? If delay is the plan, he’ll be in the ring waiting for her at 9 p.m. local time, or he’ll also be in the ring waiting for her at 10 p.m., or at the very end of the evening.
Cody says Atlanta is the city that built her, but her mom is also front row tonight. There’s a reason why his catchphrase is to be as mad as a monkey at the Nightmare Factory. Cody walks up the ramp to leave, but Lesnar’s music starts up again.
Cody goes behind the scenes, but Brock Lesnar knocks out Cody using chair shots! Lesnar attacks Cody with several chair shots. Lesnar brings Cody in front of his family and gives him an F5 outside the ring! Lesnar then applies his Kimura Lock on Cody to make him suffer. Lesnar brings Cody to the ring and starts his Kimura Lock on Cody again.
Lesnar says the challenge is accepted, they will see each other at SummerSlam!
– Back after the break, Riddle arrives first in the ring.
Matt Riddle vs Gunther
The government is banned en ringside.
Late in the game, Riddle launches into Floating Bro from the corner, but Gunther blocks it with his knees. Gunther makes his Drop Kick to Riddle and continues with his Powerbomb for the count of three.

After the fight, Gunther celebrates his victory on the commentary table and takes the microphone. Gunther says we can boo him all we want, it won’t change the fact that tonight is the best night of our sad lives. Because we came here tonight to see the best Intercontinental champion in history. It’s over for Matt Riddle. He is building his legacy. Drew McIntyre may be his next guest, but he’ll fall victim to the Ring General.
– Backstage, Jackie is with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez to get their comment before their match. Liv Morgan says Sonya and Chelsea like to complain about the stipulation, yet they never follow the rules.
Liv says they will never back down from a challenge. Rhea Ripley walks in and asks if they’re going to forgo a challenge from Ripley. Rodriguez says no. The confrontation breaks out between the wrestlers and the officials arrive to separate them. Rodriguez is left with a possible injury to his knee.
– Back, the Judgment Day is in the ring. Rhea Ripley says they’re still here. It was enough to have a few cells to understand that they were going to stay together. Now that no one can stop them, they control RAW and dominate RAW. Raquel Rodriguez just found out because she’s the most dominant woman in the industry and she’s unbeatable. And Finn and Damian will be world champions. But tomorrow, his Latino Heat, will become the NXT North American Champion.
Dominik starts talking, but he’s still booed. Dominik yells that he’s going to beat Wes Lee tomorrow. Damian Priest says the boos don’t change the fact that Dominik will become champion tomorrow. Finn Balor says whatever Seth Rollins says tonight, he’s going to listen. Seth must know that their story won’t be over until he’s the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Sami Zayn’s music starts then KO’s, and the tag team champions arrive. Sami says he has a good relationship with the WWE Universe, he feels like he knows what the WWE Universe likes and dislikes. Just to make sure, did the people of Atlanta pay their hard-earned money to listen to Dominik Mysterio? The crowd starts to boo. Sami asks if they paid to see someone silence Dominik. The crowd approves. Sami says that is perfect, as they are going to do this tonight. Damian says they’re focusing on solo tracks, but he sees a pair of tracks that would be great with Judgment Day. If they’re so confident, why not put the titles on the line tonight? The crowd chants “YES”.
Sami says he will let his partner speak on the matter. Owens says he doesn’t care, he just wants to smash his fist into Dominik. They want the titles in games, they will have it!
– Behind the scenes, Raquel Rodriguez is with the doctor. The doctor gives him the green light for his knee. He says she should, however, have a more complete MRI to find out more. Rodriguez says she wants to make the match.
Adam Pearce says if Rodriguez wants to do it and the doctor approves, he still clears the game for tonight.
