– WWE Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with a video of the match between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens from last week.
– The Bloodline then arrives at the arena via the indoor parking lot. Sami Zay is having fun with his handshakes at the Usos but Roman Reigns refuses to make a fist with the Quebecer.
– The commentators welcome us and then the music of Sheamus sounds for the first game of the evening.
SmackDown Tag Team Tournament First Round
Sheamus et Drew McIntyre vs Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) acc Valhalla.
Late in the game, Sheamus counters a Viking Raiders hold with a knee to Erik. Drew McIntyre continues with his Claymore Kick on Erik then Sheamus finishes with his Brogue Kick on Ivar followed by the fall for the victory.
Winners: Sheamus and Drew McIntyre
They will face Los Lotharios or Hit Row in the semi-finals
– In Roman Reigns’ locker room, Sami Zayn walks up to him and tells Roman Reigns that he knows it’s a big night for the Bloodline, but he wants to make sure everything is okay. Reigns says he saw what happened last week, Zayn can tell him anything. Sami Zayn admits to being disappointed compared to last week, he took care of Kevin Owens alone, he did not know that the Usos were coming.
Roman Reigns tells Sami Zayn to back off, he’s tired of hearing him complain every week. Since when does he have to ask for permission? That Zayn finds his own Bloodline. Paul Heyman tells Sami Zayn to go away.
– Behind the scenes, Raquel Rodriguez tells us that everything is bigger in Texas. For her first Royal Rumble, she will make her greatest moment of her career, in front of her family and friends.
– LA Knight enters. He picks up a microphone before his match and says he wants someone to help Bray Wyatt figure out who he is. One week Uncle Howdy isn’t him, then the next week it’s him. In any case, his name is LA Knight and he is the one who will ask Bray Wyatt if he was right to come back. He will turn off his light next week.

The match begins and the lights go out twice. Despite this, LA Knight manages to make his BFT on the local wrestler for the pinfall victory.

After the game, we reunite with Bray Wyatt for the return of the Firefly Fun House. The Firefly Fun House friends wake up one after another and Bray Wyatt fixes the door. Wyatt welcomes us to his home. He says he works on housework and has been missed a lot. He can’t wait to have fun again.
The rabbit says he is afraid of the dark. The pig says he loves dark chocolate. Wyatt asks who dares to call his son Los Angeles Kinght. Wyatt says darkness is where things hide under our bed and want to eat us. We should be afraid of the dark. Uncle Howdy appears on TV and says he’s been notified. He just needed a little help.
Wyatt says he hopes he’s satisfied and can understand. He is the one who opens the door and whatever comes through is his problem. They will see each other at the Royal Rumble. Wyatt says a cheerful goodbye.

Hit Row (Top Dolla & Ashante Adonis) acc par B-Fab vs Los Lotharios (Angel & Humberto)
Late in the match, Ashante Adonis rolled up Humberto for the win with help from B-Fab.

They will face Drew McIntyre and Sheamus in the semi-finals
– The latest video of Cody Rhodes in which he announces his participation in the Royal Rumble is released.
– Behind the scenes, Braun Strowman tells us that the Royal Rumble is for him: he made a career of throwing people away.
