Xbox Game Pass Could Soon Welcome Mass Effect Legendary Edition | Xbox one

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a remaster of the first three opus of the saga released in May 2021. This remarkable license was entitled to a quality remaster proposed by the BioWare teams. Like what has been proposed by Halo : The Master Chief Collection, Mass Effect Legendary Edition offers a modernized experience (visually in particular) without touching the spirit and the historical gameplay which made the success of the license. Today, rumors suggest that the remastered trilogy could arrive in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

An addition of weight to the Game Pass catalog

The rumor comes from the Polish Xbox store since the cover of Mass Effect Legendary Edition was seen with the logo “Game Pass”. Nothing official from Xbox, EA or BioWare so as always, this type of news should be taken with a grain of salt. The Xbox Game Pass badge has since been retired, but a screenshot of the catalog was taken in time.

Mass Effect being published by EA, the arrival of the game would be plausible via the EA Play catalog included in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. It remains to be seen if this rumor will be confirmed by the main stakeholders. If so, this sizeable addition would add a major chord to Microsoft’s bow and to its Game Pass with an ever-expanding offer. What to experience or relive this legendary trilogy in 4K including all the DLC for hundreds of hours of combat and exploration.
