Yangsan News Park mobile site, Mulgeum-eup Righteous Living, delivers ‘apologies’ to low-income seniors with dementia

The Mulgeum-eup Righteous Living Committee (chaired by Kim Eun-ja) held an apology donation event for low-income seniors with dementia at the Dementia Relief Center in Yangsan City.

At the donation ceremony held on the 19th, Yangsan City Dementia Relief Center and Mulgeum-eup Right Living Committee collaborated to deposit an apple worth 3 million won and deliver it to low-income seniors with dementia.

The target audience is low-income seniors with dementia who are having a hard time living in the city. The Dementia Relief Center provides customized case management, such as providing health care and resource-linked services to elderly people with dementia through home visits.

Chairperson Kim Eun-ja said, “We conducted the donation event with the hope that low-income seniors with dementia living in blind spots will spend the Lunar New Year holiday warmly.” said.

Kim Jeong-mi, head of the Health Promotion Division, also said, “I thank the Mulgeum-eup Living Rightly Committee for practicing sharing for neighbors in need despite the difficult recession, and I will deliver the donated items to the elderly with dementia in the city.”
