With the Yard Force LX PS600, Aldi is launching a power station with a lithium-ion battery that offers a capacity of 518 Wh as well as household sockets, USB and other connections.
The mobile energy storage solution is intended for outdoor activities and has a continuous output of 600 watts. Equipped with two USB-A, two USB-B, two 230 V sockets and a 12 V car connection, the power station can also be used to operate small electronic devices such as hair dryers, refrigerators and notebooks.
The included, foldable and portable solar panel LX SPP10 recharges the battery. The maximum power is 100 watts. The LX SPP10 features one USB-C output, two USB-A outputs, and a round 5521 connector.
The power station measures around 21 x 15 x 22 cm and weighs around 4.8 kg. The LX SPP10 solar panel measures approximately 137 x 54 x 1.5 cm when open and 54 x 39.5 x 3 cm when closed. It weighs around 4.4 kg.
The power station can be charged via USB-C, the cigarette lighter, with a mains adapter at the household socket or via the solar panel. Aldi did not say how long the charging process would take.
The combination of Yard Force Power Station LX PS600 and Solar Panel LX SPP10 will be available from May 2, 2023 via the Aldi online shop at a price of 599 euros.
