In a recent interview with the program Good Morning America, Daniel’s mother indicated that she had to quit her job at a local bank to care for her son.

“He still does not speak or walk, he is in a wheelchair. She lost her vision. But she hears us and she knows we are there. We are just going to keep fighting, we are not going to lose hope,” she stated.

“It makes my stomach turn to see the people involved who harmed Danny walking around campus acting like they didn’t do anything wrong.” he added.

The lawsuit points to two students from that campus, Samuel Gandhi and Alec Wetzler, who organized that freshman welcome party.
