KOH LANTA 2022. Episode 3 of Koh Lanta the cursed totem saw the long-awaited return of the red and yellow teams. Which candidates have come out on top? Check out the viewer ratings of the Koh Lanta 2022 episode 3 contestants.

[Mis à jour le 8 mars 2022 à 23h40] On the occasion of episode 3 of Koh Lanta the cursed totem, the cards have once again been reshuffled in this season shot in the Philippines. Indeed, following the comfort test, the three teams at the start of the adventure were transformed into two teams, red and yellow as is customary. Winner of the event, Louana became captain of the red team while Anne-Sophie, who moved up to second in the standings, became leader of the yellow team. Note that by finishing last in the comfort test, Yannick was struck by the curse of the cursed totem: he is now in possession of a second cursed bracelet. This means that at each future elimination board, he will leave with two votes against him. The next adventure risks being very complicated for the professional basketball player if his team does not avoid advice. Yannick remains a philosopher, however: “one of my abilities is to adapt and bounce back, so I hope that will happen.” Below, the composition of the new teams.

  • The red team: Louana, Maxime, Samira, Fouzi, Géraldine, François, Jean-Philippe, Pauline, Jean-Charles, Ambre.
  • The yellow team: Anne-Sophie, Colin, Olga, Alexandra, Benjamin, Nicolas, Setha, Bastien, Yannick, Stephanie.

On both camps, the fire is quickly lit and we can now enjoy a few volumes of hard-earned rice during the last test of comfort. In the red team, the candidates make an obvious observation: the team is made up of 5 ex-Greens, which could greatly favor them in future strategies on the red camp if difficulties were to arise. The immunity test, lost by the red team, will also force them to embark on intense negotiations which will probably establish the future dynamics of the adventure.

The former Greens are aware that Pauline and her immunity bracelet are a weakness for their alliance but they have no desire to let her be eliminated so easily. In this context, Jean-Charles is seen as a central pivot for the upcoming vote. Undecided, former candidate Violet will have a candidate’s future in her hands. François, who is usually so upright, drives the point home by threatening Jean-Charles to recover Pauline’s cursed bracelet if she were to be eliminated. And obviously, the strategy works since, specifying that he made a “sentimental” choice, Jean-Charles votes against Samira. The ex-Blue leaves the adventure with 6 votes against her while Pauline had obtained 5. The former green candidate was close to it.

Matteo finished the podium with 26% of the vote but the young dancer was unfortunately eliminated by the Violets at the end of the second episode. The first channel therefore decided to keep the Tuesday evening slot, tested during the All Star season in 2021, instead of Friday evening as was traditionally the case until then.

Program sheet

Koh Lanta is an adventure game broadcast since 2001 on TF1. It was presented by Hubert Auriol for the first season. Since 2002, it is Denis Brogniart who is in charge of the animation of the program. Several adventurers try to survive on a deserted island until the finale. In this entertainment of survival and strategy, several tests punctuate each episode, and a candidate is eliminated by the other participants, until there are only five left. The latter then decide on two emblematic tests: the orientation and the posts, before the final vote. Since its inception, the game has seen many rule changes.

Koh Lanta is a TF1 program broadcast twice each year on the first channel: a first season is broadcast in the spring, a second at the end of the summer. Each episode is available on television but also live on the MyTF1 site via tablet, computer or smartphone. The show is available for replay the next day on the MyTF1 website and this for a period of 7 days. Note that the replays are posted on the Salto platform for an indefinite period, which allows the most avid fans to see or re-watch the entire season.

Due to accusations of cheating which would involve adventure game finalists, there was no winner at the end of the last season of Koh Lanta, at the end of 2021. A first in the adventure game. According to Le Parisien, it is Claude Dartois who would have obtained the most votes from his partners and opponents during the final council. But the ballots will not even have been counted … Broadcast on June 4, 2021, the previous final of Koh Lanta (The Secret Weapons) had crowned Maxine, who is therefore the only winner of Koh Lanta in 2021.
