Professor of public health at ULB and epidemiologist, he worked as a doctor in several African countries before joining the ULB School of Public Health. He currently works there as a teacher-researcher (epidemiology, health promotion, planning and organization of health services, pedagogy). He is also responsible for several research projects.
A novice in politics, Yves Coppieters will be head of the Engagés list in Walloon Brabant for the federal elections. He will be accompanied, at number 2 on the list, by a former Walloon MP from the MR, Lyseline Louvigny.
“During the last election, we did not win a seat in Walloon Brabant. There was an unequaled balance of power with the other parties. We will turn this page and put this pair on the federal list in the hope of recovering our historic seat“, says Maxime Prévot.
