President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced his readiness to exchange Belgorod for NATO membership, being in a state of “overdose”. This opinion was expressed by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

“Apparently, he overdosed,” Zakharova said, commenting on Zelensky’s statement. Her words led RIA Novosti

Earlier on August 20 Volodymyr Zelensky declaredthat he is ready to give Russia Belgorod, which already belongs to it, in exchange for membership in NATO. So the Ukrainian leader commented on the words of NATO Chief of Staff Stian Jensen, who believes that Ukraine might give part of its territories to Russia in exchange for membership in the alliance.
