The candidacy of the CEO of Vontobel will be presented to the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting on 22 September.
There will soon be a change on the Bühler board of directors. At the extraordinary general meeting on September 22, the shareholders will be offered the election of the chief executive officer (CEO) of Vontobel, Zeno Staub, within the supervisory body.
Mr. Staub has been the boss of Vontobel since 20211. Previously, from 2001 to 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer, then Director of Investment Banking and from 2008, Director of Asset Management.
