From the Government of Colombia have announced that the benefit of Solidarity income it will no longer take place in 2023; although, from the national entity of social prosperity They explained that in December 2022 the Shock Plan Against Hunger began the delivery of an extraordinary subsidy for citizens who benefit from social programs.
zero hunger It is the Government’s policy, which is made up of the different Social Programs that have been providing aid to the population in conditions of poverty and vulnerability.
The implementation has generated doubts in the beneficiaries of Solidarity Income, since they saw how the subsidy became the ‘Shock Plan against Hunger’, but only one delivery was made in December to half of the people who were part of the subsidy that was born with the pandemic. Below we present the information about it.
In any case, it is important to remember that up to now, Social Prosperity has been in force to deliver payments to the beneficiaries of the different programs such as: Solidarity Income, Families in Action, Youth in Action, Colombia Mayor, among others. The delivery of the money will be scheduled in a staggered and differential manner, until mid-January 2023.
How do I know if I am a beneficiary of Zero Hunger 2023?
Through the Solidarity Income program you can be part of the financial aid that the government of Gustavo Petro will give. If you want to know if you will get the bonus, you will have to register on the website of said social program. Here are the steps:
- Enter to ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co
- Click the SIGN UP button located at the top right of the page.
- In the Digital Citizen Authentication service, log in with your ID number if you are already registered or go to REGISTER HERE.
- In the TYPE OF ACCESS, select REGISTRATION WITH IDENTITY DOCUMENT and continue with the process.
- Once you are registered, enter the program page again and log in (steps 1, 2 and 3).
- Upon entering the system, a window will appear with the information of the registered user. Check the data and close the window.
- Click on the CHECK TURNS AND BENEFICIARIES button. Finally, a window will appear with the information related to your household (if you are a beneficiary, household status, etc.).
When is Zero Hunger paid in Colombia?
- From December 7: Families that did not receive State subsidies (group A)
- From December 7: Solidarity Income beneficiaries who are unbanked from group A of Sisbén IV (who do not have a bank account or registered financial product)
- From December 15: Beneficiaries of Solidarity Income who are banked from group A of Sisbén IV.
- From December 21: Participants of the Jóvenes en Acción program who completed cycle 6 in 2022.
- As of December 26: Households participating in the Familias en Acción program (Parents with children under 6 years of age will receive the transfer).
