Kochi: Joju George is back as a singer following the movie Joseph. Joju has come up with the Ayyappa devotional song in the big budget film Adrishyam which was shot simultaneously in Malayalam and Tamil languages.
The first song of the film has been released. The simple Ayyappa devotional song was released during Makaravilakku. The previously released invisibility teaser went viral on social media. Joju George, Narain and Sharafuddin will play the lead roles in the film, while Pariyerum Perumal Fame Kathir, Narain and Nutty Natarajan will play the lead roles in the film.
The film is directed by newcomer Zack Harris. Juicy Productions, the banner of the super hit films Forensic and Weed, is also a part of the UN Film House, AAA. The film is being co-produced by R Productions. The film also stars Kayal Anandi, Pavithra Lakshmi, Atmiya Rajan, Prathap Pothen, John Vijay, Munish Kant, Sinil Sainudeen, Vinodini, Anjali Rao and Bindu Sanjeev in the lead roles.
Director Zack Harris said the film was completed in Chennai and Pondicherry in full compliance with the Kovid norms during the challenging lockdown period.
He said that the film was not made as a bilingual film and that the film was shot in different languages with different actors at the same time as it was a story that might be told in both languages. The film is scripted by Pakyaraj Ramalingam and the cinematography is by Pushparaj Santosh.
