President Yoon referred to the burden of nursing as ‘caregiving hell’ and said, “The nursing care problem cannot be solved simply by providing financial support. “The priority is to establish a care service system that can be used safely and conveniently,” he emphasized. He went on to ask the Ministry of Health and Welfare to quickly prepare measures, saying, “We need to approach it from the perspective of fostering nursing services as an industry and market and create a virtuous cycle between welfare and the economy.”
Regarding the ‘urea water risk’, which is a growing concern in the industry, he said, “The supply chain risk of items directly related to our core industries and people’s livelihood, such as urea water, is growing again.” “We will figure it out together,” he said.
