■ Four Hyundai Motor Group companies receive approval to join ‘RE100’
Hyundai Motor Group announced on the 25th that four major companies, Hyundai Motor, Kia, Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Wia, have been approved to join the ‘RE100’ initiative. RE100 is a campaign launched in 2014 by the global non-profit organization ‘Climate Group’ and the global environmental management certification body ‘Carbon Information Disclosure Project’ (CDP) with the goal of converting 100% of the company’s electricity to renewable energy by 2050. On this day, the four Hyundai Motor Group companies, which have joined the Korea RE100 Committee, plan to take the lead in carbon neutrality by producing renewable energy power through solar panels at major business sites and purchasing renewable energy power.
■ LF opens YouTube channel ‘Let’s Play with LF’
LF announced on the 25th that it has opened a YouTube channel ‘Let’s Play with LF’, which provides various contents such as daily Vlogs and fashion information for employees. MZ generation (millennials + generation Z) employees directly participate in content planning and production to strengthen communication with MZ generation customers.
