US President Joe Biden has said he doesn’t think Russia will use tactical nuclear weapons.
It has softened from last week, when I was extremely concerned about Russia’s use of nuclear weapons by using the term ‘Armageddon’.
President Biden called Putin a ‘reasonable actor’ in an interview with CNN.
But he said Putin’s invasion of Ukraine was a mistake and he did not plan to meet anytime soon.
It reaffirmed its position to increase its arms support so that Ukraine can strengthen its counterattack.
