[롤드컵] ‘Peanut’ Wang-ho, who was desperate for one win, said, “It was a coin-free combination in the RNG match.”

(Export News reporter Kim Su-jeong) ‘Peanut’ Wang-ho Han shared his thoughts on winning the 100T match.

On the 10th (Korean time), the 3rd day match of the group stage of the ‘2022 League of Legends World Championship (hereinafter referred to as Worlds)’ was held at the Holoo Theater in Madison Square Garden, New York, USA.

Gen.G, who played against 100 Thieves (100T) in the second match of the day, defeated 100T through a fight and reported the first win, breaking the LCK’s 4th consecutive loss.

In Riot’s official interview after the match, Han Wang-ho said, “We were in a state of 0 wins and 1 loss, so we desperately wanted to win one, and we worked hard to win because we lost.”

This match was not easy. Han Wang-ho said, “Because the game was so advantageous in the beginning, I took the lead in the direction of stacking the dragons, and I thought there would be no problems if it continued like this, but the game seems to have been prolonged because mistakes were made in the battle.”

He added, “I knew it was urgent because there was no other dragon. I tried to solve the game by inducing it.”

When asked what kind of feedback they shared after losing the RNG match, Han Wang-ho said, “At the time, we thought our union was a union without coins, so we talked a lot about ban picks after the game.”

He said, “As time goes by, the team members all relax and talk a lot, so I will show you a better side of me in the future.”
