Sorae Port Festival, the representative marine ecology festival in the metropolitan area, has returned to face-to-face after three years.
Even in the midst of rain, various experience events and cultural performances are being prepared.

It’s been raining all day, but what’s the atmosphere like on site?

Yes, as you can see, it is still raining continuously around the venue.
Still, after 10 am, when the event started, you could see citizens from all over the place to watch the festival.
In particular, there were many family visitors who came to catch crabs and shrimp, which started in the afternoon.

For the past two years, the festival has been canceled due to the impact of COVID-19 or has been conducted only in person.
In line with the recovery of daily life, I returned to the field after 3 years.
In particular, various experiential events have been prepared for citizens to participate in this event.
At the Residents’ Autonomy Fair, located next to the event site, various entertainments prepared by each autonomous district await citizens.
We are ready to welcome visitors, not only to experience paintings and calligraphy that are commonly seen, but also to booths for eco-friendly events such as upcycling, and booths for smoking cessation and dementia prevention activities.
Looking around the venue, the cake making and mochi making booths were also very popular with children.
Today is the last day of the event.
The citizen karaoke event, which was supposed to be held from 1pm to commemorate the closing, was canceled due to bad weather.
However, the Namdong Sarang Concert and the closing celebratory performance scheduled to be held in the afternoon will continue as it is.
Although it is raining, tents are installed throughout the venue, so there are many events that can be enjoyed without rain.
