At the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Workshop in Ulsan, a worker’s clothes caught fire and suffered severe burns.
When the fire broke out, colleagues brought a fire extinguisher, but the video obtained by YTN showed that the fire extinguisher did not work properly and was confused.
Whether the fire extinguisher is not properly maintained is an area that needs investigation.

At a large shipyard in Ulsan, the clothes of workers in their 40s caught fire.
The flames grow bigger and bigger, and the fire extinguishers brought by the companions don’t work.
The third fire extinguisher barely spewed extinguishing powder, and only then did the fire on the clothes go out.
However, he suffered severe burns from his legs to his face and was transferred to the Seoul burn ward for treatment.
This worker was doing electrical work at a substation when sparks splattered on his clothes and he suffered a bowel movement.
An investigation will be conducted as to why the fire extinguisher did not work.
The company said that the panicked workers had a hard time using fire extinguishers, but the union side said that an investigation into fire extinguisher management was necessary.
