American actor Devin Latray, who played Kevin’s naughty older brother Buzz in the movie ‘Home Alone’, has been embroiled in sexual assault allegations.
According to CNN on the 25th (local time), the New York Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into the sexual assault case of Devin Latray in May.
Lisa Smith, who claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Devin LaTrey, was sexually assaulted by LaTrey five years ago, but the police and prosecutors at the time demanded a re-investigation of her case. Ratray completely denies the allegations of sexual assault, the broadcaster said.
Lisa Smith told CNN that she drank alcohol with her friend Latray in a New York apartment in September 2017, and that he sexually assaulted her after giving her a drink she believed to have been drugged.
Also, at the time, the investigative agency concluded that he did not want to prosecute and closed the case, but he said he did not want the case to be handled in that way.
“It was the first time I was acknowledged for the trauma of five years ago,” said Lisa Smith, revealing that the sex crimes prosecutor, who was conducting a re-investigation, apologized for the way the case was handled in 2017.
