According to initial information, at about 22:00 on February 19, P. and a group of friends were playing billiards at K. (Tran Quang Khai Street, Dien Hong Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai). At this time, a group of subjects came to talk to P. about previous conflicts.
During the conversation, the two sides had a disagreement that led to a scuffle. P. was assaulted by a number of subjects and stabbed with sharp objects, causing serious injuries.
After the incident happened, P. was taken to the emergency room by people at Gia Lai Provincial General Hospital. Through examination, the doctors determined that this male student had a stab wound from the back that penetrated the lungs, causing pleural effusion and multiple wounds in the shoulder area 1-2 cm in size.
P. has had emergency surgery and is currently recovering.
Currently, Pleiku City Police are conducting an investigation to clarify the incident.
