In Orel, a 17-year-old girl died after flying off an attraction. According to KP, the tragedy occurred on August 6 in the city park of culture.
Young people whiled away the day off in the city garden, decided to take a ride on the carousel. What exactly happened is yet to be clarified by law enforcement agencies, but at some point the girl flew out of the chair of the Orbit attraction and fell directly onto the asphalt. Eyewitnesses called an ambulance, the crippled minor was taken to the hospital, but the doctors could not save her life. The girl died in the hospital. “The Prosecutor’s Office of the Orel Region is checking the legality of actions (inaction) of officials of regulatory bodies and authorities whose competence includes organizing the safe leisure of citizens, including children, in public places,” commented Tatyana Tsukanova, senior assistant prosecutor of the Oryol Region.
