Mark your calendars. The Aces will be raising another championship banner in mid-May.

After capturing their second consecutive WNBA championship in October, the Aces will begin their quest for a three-peat on May 14 at Michelob Ultra Arena when they host the Phoenix Mercury.

The Aces released their 40-game schedule on Monday that will culminate on Sept. 19 at home against the Dallas Wings. Las Vegas will begin the season with four straight games at home against the Mercury, Los Angeles Sparks (May 18), Phoenix again (May 21) and Indiana Fever (May 25); the Aces won’t hit the road until May 29 against the Minnesota Lynx.

The first meeting of last year’s WNBA Finals teams will take place on June 15 when the New York Liberty visit Las Vegas.

The Aces and Liberty will play three times next season, twice at home. Las Vegas will return to Barclays Center for the first time since winning the championship on Sept. 8.

The WNBA will take a 30-day break from July 21 to Aug. 14 for the Summer Olympics in Paris. Because of that, the season — which ended on Sept. 10 this past season — will end on Sept. 19.
