A 23-year-old woman was arrested, for the second time, for the crime of sexual crimes against minors in the United States. According to the information, she posed as a teenager to have relationships with children between 12 and 15 years old.
The events that occurred in Tampa, in the state of Florida, would have been carried out by Alyssa Ann Zinger.
It should be noted that the accused had already been arrested in November 2023 after a first complaint. However, as the months went by, four other minors joined the accusations.
Specifically, the American authorities charge him with two counts of libidinous acts, two for lewd harassment of victims between 12 and 15 years old, in addition to possession and transmission of child pornography by electronic device and cybersexual harassment.
Mode of operation
According to the investigation, Zinger pretended to be a 14-year-old teenager on social networks, managing to establish a sexual relationship with at least one of the minors. Additionally, she sent explicit material to others.
To communicate with the children, the woman used the Snapchat application.
In his first arrest, Zinger was already facing charges of engaging in at least 30 sexual acts with a high school student, between the ages of 12 and 15.
“Zinger told an accuser that he had previously engaged in sexual activity with other minors,” a search warrant in the initial case revealed.
The New York Post revealed that this testimony and other evidence suggest a pattern of behavior on the part of the accused, who took advantage of her appearance to deceive the victims.
“Prosecutors are seeking to keep Zinger in jail until his case is resolved,” Erin Maloney, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor’s office, told the Tampa Bay Times.
