3 years in prison for Taher Abu Zaid for refusing to pay the value of his stay in a hotel

The Nasr City Misdemeanour Court ruled that Taher Abu Zaid, the star of Al-Ahly and the former Egyptian national team, be imprisoned for a period of 3 years and a bail of 50 thousand pounds to stop the execution in connection with the issue of issuing checks without balance in Case No. 9833 for the year 2022.

Lawyers Hassan Abdel-Fattah Allam and Dr. Ahmed Saad filed a complaint against Taher Abu Zeid, for writing a check without balance, the value of which is the expenses of his stay in one of the famous hotels in the Department of the First Division of Nasr City.

The report submitted by the lawyers entrusted with one of the famous hotels in Nasr City included that the former Al-Ahly star and the Egyptian national team stayed in the hotel for a long time without paying the value of the stay and issued checks without balance.

The hotel has filed 4 cases of judgment in two of them, and the judgment remains in misdemeanor No. 9832 for the year 2022, which is set for the July 6 session, and the misdemeanor No. 9834 for the year 2022, for which the session is set for July 7, for checks without a balance that it was unable to pay to the hotel that exceeded the one million pound barrier.
