American rap star Cardi B has been awarded $4 million in a defamation lawsuit against the owner of a blogger who described the famous singer as a bad character and claimed she was an addict.
The 29-year-old has filed a complaint against YouTuber Tasha Kay, who specializes in celebrity news, for publishing “malicious rumors” and “offensive” information in about 20 videos, according to the complaint.
And Tasha Kay confirmed in her posts, which garnered millions of views on YouTube, that the American star will have children in the future with mental problems.
Cardi B also recovered $1.3 million in legal costs.
