Forty-six female deputies in Egypt announced on behalf of the Egyptian woman their deep anger and their complete rejection of the abuse issued by the so-called Amr Waked to the women of Egypt through his personal account on the micro-blog site “Twitter”, which is available to all people to join and share in all his publications without prior subscription to the account, where He published a publication that was a “referendum”, which indicates that he deliberately promoted insults to women, stirred up strife among people, and infringed family values in their comments on these referendums, taking advantage of his fame and followers.
And about 46 deputies who signed this statement confirmed that despite Amr Waked deleting the post and his apology, the act was issued by the invitee, and it is being circulated on social media until this moment.
The Egyptian women’s representatives affirm their categorical rejection of this so-called apology, and that this insult is not and will never be forgiven. The great Egyptian woman is the backbone of society and the third line of defense for it after the great Egyptian army and police. Which offers the most precious and precious as a sacrifice for the homeland, and it bears the responsibility of caring for the family, raising children, and consolidating noble values, principles and morals, and has played great roles to preserve the security and stability of the homeland, and it deserves all pride, appreciation and respect, and we refuse to prejudice it in any way.
