Platinum record, packed concerts, 47Ter (a name in reference to the address of the village hall in their neighborhood) was able to impose its original style from the start, neither entirely rap nor completely song, a unique mix of words and melodies with an irresistible pop aroma. With a newly released third album, the French group has started its 47Tour tour and will be in Geneva for a concert on November 30, 2023 at Thônex Live, after a stopover at the Olympia on October 6.
Third opus of the trio, “ At a good place “ presents itself as a first assessment, after a dazzling start to their career for these young musicians from Yvelines in France. The three friends made themselves known on Youtube with their series of clipped covers We’re coming to ruin your classics and have since released two successful albums, in 2019 and 2021, whose titles – such as the hit “Côte Ouest” – have accumulated tens of millions of streams on the platforms.
No longer really in childhood, nor totally adults, in this new disc, the members of the group share with sincerity their reflections on the period they are currently experiencing and all their questions which lead them to ask themselves: are we is really “in the right place”?. The album also reveals the first featuring of the collective who shared the microphone with the rapper La Fouine on the song “Si j’sallais” and with the singer and composer Tayc on “Where you want”.
