Addressing mental health involves taking actions and adopting approaches that promote emotional and psychological well-being.

How to address mental health before it becomes a problem?

1. Awareness and education: Give it the importance it deserves and understand the basic concepts related to it, this way you will be able to identify warning signs and seek help when necessary.

2. Self-care: Pay attention to your own physical and emotional needs, rest, healthy eating, regular exercise, learn to set limits and carry out activities that generate well-being.

3. Seek social support: Maintain healthy relationships and social connections. Seeking support from friends, family, or support groups can provide a safe space to express yourself and receive help.

4. Reduce stress: Identify and manage stress, for this it is important to know yourself and include daily relaxation techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises or activities that provide distraction and relief.
