The Brussels firefighters were called to intervene, this Saturday around 7.15 p.m., for a house fire in rue Brogniez, in Anderlecht. The first floor of the building was engulfed in flames, according to the spokesperson for the Brussels fire department.
When the emergency services arrived, the fire was confirmed. Several rescues and evacuations are thus carried out. 5 people, including 2 children, were transferred to hospitals by ambulance. The condition of these people is not worrying.
The fire men were quickly able to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is not yet known at this stage.
