7 habits to avoid dementia even at high hereditary risk

The rules for protecting against dementia are really very simple. All you need is:

“By the end of the study, 1,603 Europeans and 631 Africans had developed dementia,” the researchers said. “The more they followed the ‘lifestyle factors’, the lower their risk of developing dementia dropped. In some cases, up to 30-43 percent.
