The governor of the state of Bolívar, Ángel Marcano, continues the deployment of discussions and debates of the 7 Transformations presented by President Nicolás Maduro to lead the nation into the new era.

From the auditorium of the Cachamay Total Entertainment Center, Marcano held a new assembly for consultation, debate and action of the 7Ts. He assured that the revolution is made for the human being, who is the epicenter of everything.

He affirmed that the Venezuelan constitution is the only one in the world where participatory and leading democracy appears.

“Without the people, nothing is done here, all laws are debated in the street and with the people,” he added.

“7T discussion: An exercise in democracy”

The governor of Bolívar state emphasized that the 7T assemblies called by President Nicolás Maduro are an exercise in participatory democracy, because the only ones who can solve the community’s problems are its people.

Marcano expressed that Chávez spoke to them about the 3Rs, and that now President Nicolás Maduro presented them the 7Ts to continue working and adapt the Bolivarian project to the new era.

“President Nicolás Maduro suggested that we listen to our people so that they give us ideas, and that we govern by obeying them,” he insisted.

He stressed that it is the people who will give them guidance to continue transforming the country.

Piar’s birth anniversary

Marcano directed his government team to schedule meetings with the Piar al Panteón Commission, towards the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of the so-called Liberator of Guayana, G/J Manuel Piar.

From the room that bears the name of the independence hero, in the spaces of the Government Palace, Angostura del Orinoco municipality, part of the team of the General Secretariat of Government met, together with secretaries, directors and representatives of corporations, foundations and/or institutions that make up the Piar Commission.

The objective is to pay tribute to the “Liberator of Guayana”, they agreed to unveil a bust of Piar and the renaming of the Gran Paseo Orinoco G/J Manuel Carlos Piar.
