With the popularity of smart phones, many people have begun to use paperless cloud invoices, which not only saves time to collect, but also facilitates redemption of prizes. However, the audit department said that 74% of the invoices in the cloud are stored in non-common vehicles. After the invoices are won, it will not be conducive to remittance to designated accounts or using financial payment tools to claim prizes. The Ministry of Finance is required to study and improve.

According to media reports, the Audit Department stated that there will be more than 7.53386 billion electronic invoices issued in 2021, of which more than 2.92694 billion are stored in cloud invoice carriers, accounting for 38.85% of the total, an increase from last year. 10.8%, it is clear that the promotion of cloud invoices has been quite effective.

But in addition, the cloud invoice carriers currently used by the public are divided into common carriers (mobile phone barcode carriers, natural person certificate carriers) and non-common carriers (utility carriers, membership cards, credit cards, etc.). In 2021, there will be more than 3.17148 billion cloud invoices, of which more than 2.34496 billion are stored in non-common vehicles, accounting for 74% of the total.

The audit department stated that non-common vehicles will not be able to provide the public with binding designated accounts, and will not be conducive to promoting “remittance to designated accounts” or “rewarding rewards with financial payment tools.” Therefore, the Ministry of Finance is required to improve this situation, and at the same time appeal to the public to return the invoices of various vehicles to the mobile phone barcode vehicle.
