In an interview in the French main news, hit parade striker Stromae presented his new single – and triggered a huge response.
That’s what you call a successful PR move: The Belgian singer Stromae (“Alors On Danse”) answered an interview question on the French TV news with a song and presented his new single.
Journalist Anne-Claire Coudray asked the artist on TF1 on Sunday whether music had helped him to free himself from loneliness. Stromae then began to sing, “I’m not alone in being lonely.” It was the first time that he presented his new single «L’Enfer».
In the song, which translates as “Die Hölle” in German, Stromae sings about thoughts of suicide. It is already the second single that the 36-year-old musician has released in the past few months. In October, after a long break, he brought out the title “Santé”, which is a tribute to workers. His new album “Multitude” is due to be released on March 4th.
