If hospitality were more present in specialty coffee, it would make the product much more inclusive.” This is what Thomas Wyngaard affirms with experience, who knows the restaurant business well in Anglo-Saxon countries where hospitality is central, while “this is something that is sometimes lacking in the Horeca sector and often in the specialty coffee sector in Belgium“.
