Korea’s Hyundai and Kia exports of environmentally friendly vehicles exceeded 200,000 units in the first half of this year for the first time, data showed Sunday.

It is noteworthy that Hyundai Motor Company exported 116.7 thousand environmentally friendly cars during the first half, an increase of 22.1 percent from a year earlier, while Kia’s sales outside the country of environmentally friendly cars also jumped by 42.3% during the same period to record 107.9 thousand units, according to the data. .
