Today, Sunday, the Court of Cassation decided to retrial a suspect accused of “insulting” the Popular Mobilization Forces.
According to documents seen by Alsumaria News, “The Court of Cassation overturned the sentence issued against the citizen Haider Hamid, who was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of insulting the Popular Mobilization Forces, and decided to return the case to the Criminal Court for a retrial.”
