Unsurprisingly, this very flat 17th stage of the Giro ended in a sprint on Wednesday May 24. And in this game, the Italian Alberto Dainese (Team DSM) won by a hair in the streets of Caorle, ahead of his compatriot Jonathan Milan (Bahrain-Victorious). Australian Michael Matthews (Team Jayco AlUla) completes the podium. Dainese had already won a stage on the Giro last year.
